Technology Partners

Aforza solutions are developed with two primary technology partners: Salesforce and Google.


Salesforce is a customer relationship management solution that brings companies and customers together. It's one integrated CRM platform that gives all your departments — including marketing, sales, commerce, and service — a single, shared view of every customer. Aforza’s online applications are distributed on Salesforce’s AppExchange. Aforza has chosen to build its applications natively and additively on Salesforce for a number of reasons. Firstly, Salesforce is the world’s leading CRM system named ‘Innovator of the Decade’ by Forbes in 2016. Today, Salesforce is one of the top five fastest-growing enterprise software companies in the world. Aforza’s suite of applications maximise re-use of Salesforce core objects and can support Consumer Goods Cloud applications enabling CG companies to streamline, optimise and innovate faster. All of the Aforza Founders have worked for Salesforce, are intimately familiar with its technology and consider it to be the premier customer relationship platform of our time.

Google Cloud

Google Cloud Platform (GCP), offered by Google, is a suite of cloud computing services that runs on the same infrastructure that Google uses internally for its end-user products, such as Google Search and YouTube. Alongside a set of management tools, it provides a series of modular cloud services including computing, data storage, data analytics and Machine Learning. Aforza is leveraging GCP to build out its high-intensity Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning algorithms. Aforza customers benefit from all of the inherent capabilities of the Salesforce CRM platform but are complemented with real-time recommendations coming from our GCP native solutions.

Implementation Partners

We work with a range of business partners to help ensure customer success. Our partners work with us to enhance our product development as well as provide consultancy and/or business applications to organisations in the Consumer Goods; Tobacco; and Food & Beverage industries. Aforza Implementation Partners also help with the business change needs such as user training and development.
